What this page covers

This page covers Sajilo IT Creation's website. Sajilo Billing and Sajilo Stores hold business data for our customers, and that data is handled under the agreement each customer signs with us.

What we receive from you

We receive only what you choose to send: your name, business name, phone number, email address and the message you write when you email us, call us or use the contact form.

The contact form does not send anything to this website. It opens a ready-written message in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you send it from there.

What is stored on your device

Your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your browser so the site looks the same on your next visit. It never leaves your device.

This site does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a quote or demo, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it or pass it to marketers.

Who else sees it

Your message passes through the email and phone providers we use to run the business. Beyond that we share it only when the law of Nepal requires us to.

Keeping and deleting

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation or the work that follows. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
